Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following types of goods are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds May Be Granted (If Applicable):

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider — it may take some time for the refund to reflect.
  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, contact us contact@itstronghold.co.za.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver, we’ll send the refund to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

To return your item, please email us on Contact@itstronghold.co.za

You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
